The staff and students of the Centre for Culinary Entrepreneurship and Hotel Management at HELP CAT worked hard and the hard sure paid off at the 12th FHM (Food and Hotel Malaysia) Exhibition at KLCC from 17 – 20 September. Our seasoned chefs and junior chefs took part in different categories under the Culinaire series and many emerged winners, as listed below. The level of learning and up-skilling that have taken place has been very impressive and HELP CAT competed among some big industrial and academic names such as Intercontinental, Hilton, Berjaya, Taylor’s and even international teams from Germany, Taiwan and Singapore.
